Terms and Conditions

You can choose between two options if you want to book a course with us:

1. via Internet:

You can make your reservation by clicking the Book now! button on the top right of our homepage where you can fill in your personal details. You will then receive a reservation confirmation.

2. Send a written application:

Participation Conditions

Your reservation will become a certified booking when the course payment has reached our bank account.

You are registered as participant when the written reservation and your payment has been received by us on schedule.

After we have received your reservation we will send you a written confirmation.

Terms/cancellations

Cancellation of a course: For cancellation after the booking has been made, a processing fee of 60.00 euros will be retained from the deposit paid. If you cancel within four weeks before the course starts, a cancellation fee of 50% of the course price will be charged. In the case of cancellation within one week before the course starts, the entire course fee is due. The cancellation fees are waived if you provide a substitute participant. If there are free places, it may also be possible to rebook for another course in the same year. Cancellation must be made in writing or by e-mail. We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance

Cancellation of a course by Campo Berlin fortunately almost never happens. Cancellations can happen:

If too few participants are registered or the course leader falls ill and cannot be replaced. In this case the already paid amount will be refunded in full. No further claims can be made against the organiser.

For reasons of acts of god. In this case, the organiser will refund the deposit already paid or it will be credited for an equivalent course at another time or location of Campo.

In the event that a course leader is unable to attend (e.g. due to illness), the organiser reserves the right to provide an equivalent replacement.

Insurance

The course fee does not include accident insurance. Participation in our courses is at your own risk. This also applies to the use of all tools and aids, all premises and buildings at the respective venues.
